The Weekend Was Pretty Good

Song: N/A

Mood: 6.5

Nightmares: 0

This weekend was good and went by pretty quickly. As usual, I don’t feel like I accomplished a lot but that’s okay. I was planning on doing laundry today but neither J nor myself are in dire straits so I’ll do some tomorrow. One thing about laundry – it never ends.

I slept pretty well this weekend, particularly on Friday night, and I don’t think I had any nightmares all weekend.

I’m not sure why but I was anxious on Saturday. It followed me around for the whole day and I never did figure out what was going on. I feel a lot better now but as a result my exercises didn’t go as well yesterday as they did today.

I missed my walk on Saturday but did it today. I think doing it six out of seven days isn’t too bad. It was pleasant out today, too. Lots of melting snow and puddles, but it’s started snowing now and we’re supposed to get quite a bit over the next day or so. If the temperature drops much tonight, the path that I take will be pretty icy when I head out tomorrow.

I texted for a while with DA this evening. I hadn’t heard from him since before January so it was good to catch up a bit. I think I’m going to see if he can come over for lunch sometime soon. He’s got lots of stuff going on, though, so it may be difficult to schedule.

J and I watched two more episodes of Columbo this weekend. William Shatner was in one of them, sporting what is either the best moustache or worst moustache I’ve ever seen. If you’re bored, I encourage you to do a search for it.

Speaking of moustaches, I don’t think anyone’s noticed mine yet. It’s already starting to grow in so I don’t think it’ll be too long before it looks normal.

I’m not sure what I’m going to do tomorrow. Like I said earlier, laundry will probably figure into it somehow, but beyond that I’m not sure. Probably work on the quadcopter again and see if I can get it to fly straight. Depending on how much snow we get, I may spend a lot of time shovelling, too.

Stay safe.
