I missed posting yesterday because I was tired and had a nasty headache. Today has been somewhat better but my head still hurts and last night it took hours to fall asleep again. I had to call Dr P and tell him I wasn’t going to be able to make it to my appointment; unfortunately, he didn’t have any slots available today.
With my head throbbing, I haven’t accomplished a lot over the last two days. Today I got outside for a walk – probably around 30 minutes. It felt good to be outside in the mild fresh air.
Once I got home, I spent some time in the workshop tidying things up. As with everything else, there’s a lot to do but at least it’s somewhat better.
J is out with a friend this evening so I think I’m going to spend my time sitting with my eyes closed and hoping my headache will finally leave me alone.
